About Jink

Jink Willis, a Georgia native, brings the charm and vibrancy of the South to life through her stunning landscape and chapel paintings.  Now residing just outside of Round Top, Texas, Jink finds inspiration in the serene beauty of the countryside that surrounds her home.

Before embracing her passion for painting full-time, Jink enjoyed a successful twenty-year career as an interior designer, where her love for vivid bright colors and vintage furniture was reflected in every space she touched.  This unique blend of artistry and design continues to influence her work, infusing it with a lively energy and deep connection to the places she paints.

Jink's nickname, given to her by her farmer father, perfectly captures her spirit.  "Jink" means sudden, quick moves, and this sense of spontaneity and joy is evident in every brushstroke.  When she's not painting, you can find Jink out junking for treasures or entertaining friends at Frog Pond, her property at Round Top, surrounded by the natural beauty that fuels her creativity.
